I have been trying on and off for approximately three weeks to become on with Tracfone. I have been a customer since 2013 and have non had problems. Now when I log in, go a message that no transactions can be conducted at this time and giving an 800 number, which is just a recording. They did post a security alert March xiv ? indicating that some "'bad actors' had gained admission to a limited number of client accounts and, in some cases, fraudulently transferring, or porting out, mobile telephone numbers to other carriers". They as well stated these hackers may take had admission to customers name, address, etc. Tracfone site indicated they take tried to contact customers by electronic mail if it's available to them. Too stated customers should contact Tracfone if they experience any problems with their phones, such equally an unexplained loss of service. We tried yesterday to log in again, but still cannot behave a transaction, or even use the chat feature. The 800 number is yet a recording. I hope this is helpful. We will try some of the suggestions we've read here and see if it helps. Thanks very much,

Haven't been able to make the website work for over a week? I try to log in on my account and get mistake bulletin 'technical difficulties'. I was able to load minutes via telephone last week with a minimal look. Seems odd that data related company deceit continue a website up?

Aforementioned in Fairfax canton va- paid for data but information technology won't show upwards. Tried using visa and rewards points charged $x and 1,000 points I should take 2gb but no data on wifi now. Good luck everyone else I'g moving on to another carrier i feel deplorable for those that need their phone for piece of work similar me! No data= can't work good job TracFone. / South ????

Horrible scam. Kept telling me to buy more information when I had plenty. Spent hours waiting to talk to someone only for them to say they were going to transfer me then dropped my phone call. Horrible.

Having multiple issues. Website error messages galore. Tried to text 611611 & received text that my service is inactive. Tried auto conversation--was sent lawmaking by email & when I enter information technology, I'thousand sent another code by email over & over & over again. Tried to alive chat & plant no way to submit info after filling in my details--no push button & hitting enter does nothing but activate drop downward menu.

I am having the same trouble every bit ke below my comment with aforementioned error lawmaking. This is for me besides the only website I am having problems with on my PC. I am not able to see my business relationship info on my phone either when I try yo update the minutes and text I have available. Also could someone advise me what kind of card to buy. I had to upgrade to the LG premier pro phone. I bought an older carte and it gave me 220 calls so much data and only thirty some texts. I practice non want the data only would like more texts for my money.

Tried activating new phone and seem to hit dead ends everywhere with button pushes non doing annihilation. Was trying to transfer old number merely gave upwardly on that and tried just creating a new account with new number. Still didnt work. Same thing, you get to a point and button pushes dont work.

I accept tried several times over the past few days to "re up" my service via website. No luck! After selecting service program, nil happens when I press process payment. In the concurrently, TracFone is deducting data minutes from my current plan while I'm stuck in limbo.
